Sponsors reserve the right to extend the Contest Period if the Contest does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.  The potential winner shall be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, and once verified, the potential winner shall be declared the official winner of the Contest (the “Winner”).
