ELIGIBILITY:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Sovereign Bank Hang Out with Ron Darling Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of SportsNet New York ("SNY"), Sovereign Bank ("Sponsor"), the MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM"), Tickets.com, Inc., Sports On Earth, LLC, Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions), the Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, and employees and agents of the above entities. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from MLB.com, SNY and/or Sponsor; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void outside New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania and where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER:

The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 9th , 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 11th, 2008 ("Entry Period"). There are two ways to enter: online, or by mail. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry.

Online Method: During the Entry Period, go to www.sny.tv/sovereignbank and click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. By completing the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided and clicking on the "Submit" button, you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to the SNY.tv Privacy Policy accessible at: http://web.sny.tv/about/privacy.jsp Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void.

2. Mail-in Method: If you do not wish to enter online, you may enter the Sweepstakes by hand-printing your name, date of birth, address, city, state and zip code, day & evening telephone number (including area code) and e-mail address (optional) on a standard size postcard and mail in an envelope with proper postage affixed to:

PRIZE:

ONE (1) PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED. The grand prize winner and one (1) guest will have the opportunity to tour the stadium with an SNY representative. Following the tour, the winner and guest will be escorted onto the field to observe an hour-long batting practice that takes place prior to the game. The winners will then have the chance to attend a private meet-and-greet session with Ron Darling. The session will involve the rare chance to shadow Ron Darling in the broadcast booth as he prepares for the game. Both the grand prize winner and guest will also receive an official SNY Prize Pack. Approximate retail value of Prize: $500.

The Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses not specified herein related to the acceptance and use of the Prize including, but not limited to, lodging, transportation costs, meals gratuities, souvenirs and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at SNY's sole discretion. SNY reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion.

NOTIFICATION:

The potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone by SNY and may (in SNY's discretion) be confirmed by postal mail, return receipt (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that the potential winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within three (3) days of date of issuance, a disqualification will result and an alternate potential winner shall be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. The potential winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Sponsor. The Winner will receive an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity, which must be completed, notarized and returned within ten (10) days of date of issuance. A disqualification will result and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries if the required documents are not properly returned within the specified period of time. Refusal or return of the required documents as non-deliverable will also result in disqualification and cause an alternate potential winner to be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE:

By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements; and (ii) waive any and all claims against SNY, Anheuser-Busch, Incorporated, the MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any prize. Each Winner, by acceptance of Prize, grants to Sponsor, MLBAM and each of their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner's name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The Released Parties are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, late or misdirected entries, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, postage due or illegible entries. Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. The Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss or delay of entry or prize reply information, or any viruses transmitted to computers of participants via the Internet, or for any technical or human errors associated with the Sweepstakes. If, in the exclusive judgment of MLBAM and SNY, this promotion becomes compromised in any way, MLBAM and SNY reserves the right to withdraw the promotion offer, cancel any method of entry, to void any entries submitted fraudulently or select winners from all eligible entries received prior to act that compromised the promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website.

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor's representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, SNY, MLBAM and/or their respective agents. Sponsor and SNY shall have the sole right to disqualify any contestant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. The Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the County of New York, state of New York. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

MLBAM, Sponsor and SNY reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify winners and award the prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND MLBAM WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In case of multiple entries received from any person or email address or household, only the first entry received from such person or email address or household will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
