With one week of footbal to go, here is a look at the Super Bowl media notes for both the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks,

The Broncos were hand down the best offense in the NFL this year, and the Seahawks were hands down the best defense. That should make for a great game Sunday.

There?s been so much hype already about the Harbaugh brothers facing each other in the Super Bowl that it has clouded another famous sibling rivalry: the Manning brothers.

Though their respective teams will not be playing in the big game this season, imagine if the brothers meet in the 2014 Super Bowl.

The Giants and Broncos will be playing in the 2013 regular season, since Big Blue will be playing the AFC West this season.

  • Nine days until the 2011 NFL Draft....things are starting to pick up. ?There's no football going on, but hopefully that will change soon....
  • The NFL will release the 2011 schedule tonight at 7:00pm ET on the NFL Network. ?It has been widely speculated that the Giants will play the Jets on the first Sunday night of the season on national television. The relevance? It is the 10th anniversary of the attack on the World Trade Center that killed nearly 3,000 innocent American citizens.
  • The Giants will play the AFC East this season: the Bills and Dolphins at home and the Patriots on the road. ?The Jets will be the home team vs the Giants, but the Giants will be using all of their own facilities that game, so it is very much like a home game for the Blue.
  • Also on the 2011 docket are trips to New Orleans, San Francisco and Arizona and home games vs St. Louis, Seattle and Green Bay. ?These, of course, are in addition to the home-and-away affairs vs division rivals Dallas, Philadelphia and Washington.
  • This year's NFL game in London will take place on October 23rd and will feature the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Chicago Bears.
  • Alfred F. Kelly, Jr., the former president of American Express has been named the CEO of the 2014 Super Bowl organizing committee. ?Kelly will spearhead the effort to make the New York-area outdoor Super Bowl a memorable event - for the right reasons..
  • According to USA Today, former Giants great Michael Strahan is in the mix to replace Regis Philbin on the long-running Live With Regis and Kelly morning program when Philbin steps down later this year.

At first, the Giants-Jets bid to bring the 2014 Super Bowl to the New Meadowlands Stadium seemed like a long shot. But as time went on, and team officials made their case, it seemed more and more?likely?that the sport's biggest game?could come to East Rutherford.?Tomorrow in Dallas, NFL owners go to the polls?to select a host city. At this moment, it's?looking good for supporters of the Giants-Jets bid for Super Bowl XLVIII.

Bart Hubbuch writes in today's New York Post that the backlash has already started. Included in the concerns are everything from cold weather to what the Tampa Tribune calls, "... a slushy path by a commissioner determined to reward New York for building a new home for the Giants and Jets." Relax, Tampa. How many Super Bowls do you expect to host? And cold weather? Come on, that's football. Give the Giants and Jets credit for "playing up the chance of snow by saying it would make the game unique," as Hubbuch writes.?As the article states, it?wouldn't be the first time that the Super Bowl was played in cold weather. And so what if it was.

In the Daily News, Mike Lupica comes out in favor of a New York Super Bowl, saying?the following:
