Islanders’ Maxim Tsyplakov suspended three games for illegal check in Flyers game

Islanders head coach Patrick Roy felt his team didn't manage the puck very well in the second period of their 5-3 loss to the Flyers. The Islanders surrendered three straight goals, not playing with same sense of urgency they did in the first period.  Roy: "Can't win in this league if you don't do a better job, if you turn over the puck too many times."
