Nets star Kevin Durant is expected to quarantine for seven days after he was potentially exposed to COVID-19, according to Shams Charania.

The seven-day quarantine requires Durant to miss Brooklyn's next four games, with the possibility to return on Jan. 12 against the Nuggets at Barclays Center.

Durant was positive for the coronavirus in March, right around the time where the NBA had shut down.

Durant missed the entire 2019-20 season after tearing his Achilles in the 2019 NBA Finals. He doesn't seem to have missed a step though, averaging 28.2 points per game, a tick higher than his career-average of 27 a contest.

With Spencer Dinwiddie already out for the season with a partially torn ACL, the Nets are now missing two of their starters, including arguably the best player in the NBA, for the forseeable future, and have lost four of their last five games.
