It's a bench mob reunion!

The Mets have signed infielder Jose Peraza to a minor league deal, according to SNY’s Jacob Resnick.

Peraza appeared in 64 games with the Mets during the 2021 season.

He ripped six homers and seven doubles, picked up 20 RBI, and made appearances at shortstop, second base, third base, and left field. Peraza hit a stellar .391 with a 1.353 OPS in high-leverage situations in his lone stint in orange and blue.

The 29-year-old spent the 2022 season in Triple-A with the Yankees and Red Sox. He hit .236 with 13 doubles, 31 RBI, and stole three bases in 71 games.

Peraza will likely serve as veteran depth at Triple-A Syracuse.
