With seven players in COVID protocol, the Nets have signed G Langston Galloway to a hardship exception deal, reports ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Galloway's deal is set to last 10 days.

Brooklyn had to play the Toronto Raptors with only eight players on Tuesday night, and they managed to pull out an overtime win, 131-129, at Barclays Center despite that challenge. But Kevin Durant had to play 48 minutes in the contest, dropping 34 points, while Patty Mills got 43 minutes of play.

The veteran Galloway played for the Phoenix Suns last season, averaging 11 minutes and 4.8 points per game.

Galloway is also accustomed to New York, having played his first two NBA seasons with the Knicks from 2014 to 2016.
