The Nets beat the Chicago Bulls 105-91 on Saturday afternoon, as Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant, and James Harden played together for the just the eighth time this season.
Despite the victory, the trio had a forgettable performance. Irving led the Nets with 22 points on 9-of-16 shooting in 30 minutes of action, while Durant had just 12 points on 4-of-17 shooting, and Harden shot the ball only four times and scored five points in 25 minutes.
"Yeah like I said I think before the game, it's just time," Nash said. "It's not like 'what do I expect?' They just gotta be out there and feel each other, play together, and hopefully that little bit of time today will help move that process forward more quickly than not having that time today. Wasn't a great game, we weren't very sharp, but we got the job done and we move on to tomorrow, one last game. And we can hopefully have a good performance and be ready for the nice week of practice."
