Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence has a big decision to make on whether or not he wants to leave school early to enter the NFL Draft, and at the moment it seems he's still leaving the door open to possibly returning.

"My mindset has been that I'm going to move on,'' Lawrence said Tuesday. "But who knows? There's a lot of things that could happen.''

Lawrence is widely expected to be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 draft if he foregoes his final season at Clemson, and through Week 7 of the NFL season, the Jets and Giants are currently sitting at one and two on the draft board.

At 0-7 and 1-6, respectively, both teams have seen their young quarterbacks — Sam Darnold and Daniel Jones — struggle at times this season, and could eye Lawrence if he's available to them.

"No matter where I go -- whether that's across the country or whether it's close to home, whether I stay another year -- we'll work it out," Lawrence said.

In his two-plus years at Clemson, Lawrence has a 31-1 overall record, has won a national championship and is looking for a second title this season with the top-ranked Tigers.
