When the St. Louis Rams agreed to trade their No. 2 overall pick to the Washington Redskins prior to this spring?s NFL Draft, I cringed because I knew exactly what it meant.

The Indianapolis Colts were slated all along to draft Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck with the No. 1 pick, so the trade now signified that the Redskins would take Baylor quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III.

That?s exactly how it played out, and Griffin III is off to a fast start in his NFL career.

?That [Tennessee and Baylor] was about it,? D.J. Cooper told Brett McMurphy of CBSSports.com following Ohio's 62-56 victory over South Florida Sunday in Nashville.
