It looks like the Giants will be getting WR Cody Latimer back after the latest injury report on Thursday.
Latimer, who had been dealing with a concussion and was out Week 3, was a full practice participant and should be set to go on Sunday against the Redskins. That would be a big return to the receiving corps that should be full go once Golden Tate returns from his suspension next week.
Also, OLB Lorenzo Carter was upgraded to a full practice participant after being limited with an elbow injury on Wednesday.
As for the players that were out of practice, it remained the same. Saquon Barkley is a given with his high ankle sprain, but Alec Ogletree (hamstring), Olsen Pierre (knee), Russell Shepard (foot), and Tae Davis (concussion) were all out for the second straight way.
Ogletree and Davis are the biggest losses of those players out of practice if they would be considered out for Sunday. That would mean Ryan Connelly and David Mayo would be starting at inside linebacker. Nate Stupar was also re-signed because of the lack of depth at the position now.
Finally, WR Bennie Fowler remained limited with a hamstring injury at practice, the same as Wednesday.
