Eli Manning is 7/18 for 77 yards with an INT and two sacks. The running game seems to be getting worse, with only 19 yards on 10 carries.
On defense, the Giants are having a difficult time getting to Vince Young, who hasn't been sacked, but has thrown two INTs and almost tossed a third - to Corey Webster - but replays showed the nose of the ball had hit the ground.
They have done an admirable job in stopping RB LeSean McCoy who only has 36 yards on 11 carries. DeSean Jackson is another story. Not only did he have a big punt return, he also had a huge catch over CB Corey Webster, but it was negated by a taunting penalty after he flipped the ball at Giants' DC Perry Fewell.
With under two minutes to play, the Giants foolishly punted the ball to DeSean Jackson, who took it to the house, but punter Steve Weatherford managed to pinch Jackson enough to get him to step out on the 14. Young then hit former Giant Steve Smith, who beat Mathias Kiwanuka on a crossing pattern and raced into the end zone.
TE Jake Ballard, who usually has sure hands, dropped two passes that could have gone for big yardage. WR Hakeem Nicks could not reel in a long pass from Manning and Victor Cruz dropped a pass as well.
The Giants managed to drive down and score in the final seconds. Tynes hit a 48-yard FG at the whistle.
