The 2020 NFL Draft is three days away, with the Giants widely expected to take either Swiss-Army-knife defender Isaiah Simmons or one of the top offensive tackles available.
Meanwhile, GM Dave Gettleman is "very seriously" entertaining the idea of trading back.
Here's how the latest mocks see things shaking out for Big Blue...
CBS Sports: OL Jedrick Wills, Alabama
Last week's mock from Ryan Wilson had Simmons landing with the Giants. This week, it's Wills.
A report late last week said that buzz was "building in league circles" regarding Wills to the Giants, with his being one of the "big four" linemen who are all expected to be available at No. 4.
WalterFootball: OL Tristan Wirfs, Iowa
The latest WalterFootball mock has the Giants going for Wirfs, a player Gettleman loves, according to SNY's Ralph Vacchiano.
"The Giants' defense is an abomination, and they also need help on the offensive line so that Daniel Jones doesn't keep fumbling twice every week," the publication writes.
USA Today: OL Tristan Wirfs, Iowa
With Jedrick Wills, Tristan Wirfs, Mekhi Becton, and Andrew Thomas all expected to be available when the Giants pick at No. 4, the buzz has been shifting between Wills and Wirfs.
But for the second-straight week, USA Today's mock has the Giants taking Wirfs.
NFL.com: Trade back for OL Tristan Wirfs, Iowa
Chad Reuter of NFL.com has a trade with the Dolphins (who nab Justin Herbert) shaking things up, but the Giants still get their man -- only one spot lower at No. 5.
And with the buzz around the Giants and Herbert, the above would not be shocking.
"This move down is similar to the Mitch Trubisky trade from three years ago, but the price (late second-rounder, early third-rounder and a 2021 third-rounder) has gone up a bit given the interest in Herbert's services."
