Fans will pay $4,000 each for 10,905 mezzanine seats above each end zone to $12,500 each for 3,052 mezzanine club seats overlooking the sidelines.
The Giants plan on raising $367 million if they sell all 78,448 licenses to go towards paying the Giants’ stadium debt.
That does not include the cost of paying for the actual tickets, and only covers the cost of having the privileged of sitting in those seats in the first place.
The costs are mind boggling, and put the right to own season tickets out of reach for most fans. The blue collar die hards who generally are the heart and soul of the fanbase won't be able to afford these, and this winds up changing the whole dynamic of the crowd. You wind up with bandwagon fans, who especially coming off a championship season, will be in abundance. A real shame, and unfortunately becoming common practice around the NFL.
