Giants LB Olivier Vernon will miss another game with an ankle injury, while CB Eli Apple (groin) and TE Evan Engram (knee) will also miss Sunday's game.
Seven players in total are inactive, including WR Cody Latimer, C Evan Brown, QB Kyle Lauletta and CB Antonio Hamilton.
Engram will miss another game after suffering a knee injury during the Giants' Week 3 win over the Texans. Vernon and Apple returned to practice earlier this week.
Connor Barwin will play at linebacker in Vernon's place and Scott Simonson will play tight end. Apple will be replaced by B.W. Webb, who started last week as well, and Donte Deayon will be at cornerback.
Hamilton and Coley were listed as questionable heading into the game.
DT Damon Harrison missed two practices during the week due to a knee injury, but is ready to play on Sunday.
