The Giants lost several players to injury in their Week 5 loss to the Chargers on Sunday at Metlife Stadium.
WRs Brandon Marshall, Sterling Shepard, and Odell Beckham suffered ankle injuries, while and Dwayne Harris suffered a foot fracture.
Marshall and Shepard went down with ankle injuries during the same drive in the first half. Marshall was carted off after grabbing his ankle following an incomplete pass from QB Eli Manning, while Shepard suffered an injury just minutes before and hobbled off the field. After he was first unable to stand on his own power, Shepard soon started jogging on the sideline but was later ruled out.
Beckham left the game in the fourth quarter and was carted off the field.
Also, RB Orleans Darkwa injured his calf during a touchdown run, coach McAdoo said after the game.
CB Dominique Rodgers limped off the field, but when he tried returning, he was unable to run and went to the locker room for the remainder of the game. DT Jay Bromley also hobbled off the field.
