The Giants are rounding out their receiving corps in the wake of the Odell Beckham Jr. trade.
The team re-signed Cody Latimer, the wide receiver announced on Twitter Sunday night.
"Back for seconds!!!. Let's go big blue!!! Ready to get back to work with the squad!!! Time to finish what I started last season," he tweeted.
Latimer, 26, played in six game for the Giants last year but a hamstring strain ended his season after Week 6 when he was placed on the injured reserve.
He had 11 catches for 190 yards and a touchdown. He was also occasionally used for kick returns.
Latimer joins a Beckham-less receiving corps that is now headlined by Golden Tate and Sterling Shepard.
Latimer figures to be a No. 3 or No. 4 receiver on the depth chart alongside Corey Coleman, whom the Giants used a first-round tender on earlier this month.
