The two-day legal tampering period began on Tuesday and the Giants are among the teams with interest in free agent WR Terrelle Pryor, according to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com.
The Steelers, 49ers, Titans, and Eagles are also expressing interest in Pryor, according to Cabot.
Pryor, 27, caught 77 passes for 1,007 yards and four touchdowns for the Browns last season.
He had six receptions for 131 yards on Nov. 27 when the Browns lost to the Giants.
The 6' 4", 223-pound Pryor was drafted by the Raiders in the third round of the 2011 Supplemental Draft, and has also spent time with the Seahawks, Chiefs, and Bengals.
The Giants, who released Victor Cruz earlier this offseason, are looking for another receiver to pair with Odell Beckahm, Jr. and Sterling Shepard.
During the legal tampering period, teams can negotiate with free agents, but the two sides can't officially agree to a contract until Thursday at 4 p.m.
