The Giants ruled middle linebacker Alec Ogletree out for Sunday's game due to a hamstring injury.
Ogletree suffered a hamstring injury in Monday's loss to the Atlanta Falcons and missed practice on Wednesday.
The 27-year-old, who is in the first year of a four-year, $42.75 million contract, has totaled 48 combined tackles, one interception and two passes defensed in seven games this season, his first with New York after spending his first five with the Rams.
The Giants also ruled wide receiver Jawill Davis out with a concussion.
Center Patrick Omameh, who is dealing with a knee issue, practiced again Friday after he was upgraded from a limited participant on Wednesday to a full partiicpant on Thursday.
