Way too early for this argument, but still, winning the division does get you into the playoffs. The Giants have won two Super Bowls since Tom Coughlin took the reins in 2004, but they've only won the division three times. In two of those seasons, they lost in the first round of the playoffs - at home, no less.
Philadelphia has a new coach in Chip Kelly and he brings with him a new, fast-paced offense. They promise to put some pressure on the Giants' slow defense, who could be without JPP for the beginning of the year.
Washington is a year better under the rehabbed RGIII. They have given the Giants fits of late . Even though they haven't done much in the way of upgrades this offseason, things should't change much.
And don't forget Dallas. The Giants have beaten the Cowboys seven of the past ten meetings, but five of those wins have been by seven points or less.
