With the Oakland Raiders last season, Myers hauled in 79 passes, the highest mark in the AFC.
Big Blue signed Myers to a one-year contract within days of losing unrestricted free agent Martellus Bennett to the Chicago Bears.
Also on the list is former Giants safety Kenny Phillips, who inked a deal with NFC East rival Philadelphia earlier this month.
Phillips was a candidate to receive the franchise tag in New York, but after the organization opted against it, the safety agreed to a one-year contract to play in first-year coach Chip Kelly's new defensive backfield.
Knee injuries hampered Phillips' 2012 season, limiting him to seven games. In 2010 and 2011, Phillips averaged 60 tackles and totaled five interceptions and 16 passes defended.
