Add Odell Beckham Jr. to the list of players trying to recruit pending free-agent RB Le'Veon Bell this offseason.
Beckham, who is spending time in Minneapolis for the Super Bowl, posted a picture with Bell to his Instagram telling the world to "welcome the newest member of the giants."
The 25-year-old will be the talk of free agency this coming March, and he said it will come down to the guaranteed money in the deal as to who will land his talents next season. How much is Bell looking for? Well, he did poke fun at the Jets already, saying that $60 million wouldn't be enough for him to join Gang Green.
If that isn't enough with the Jets having about $100 million in cap space this offseason than the Giants certainly wouldn't have a real chance at Bell. The Giants have about $22 million in cap space at the moment, according to OverTheCap.com.
But this isn't the first time Beckham has tried to lure star players away from teams via social media. This past season, he took to Twitter to pleade the Giants' front office to make a deal with the Dolphins to land WR Jarvis Landry after Miami traded Jay Ajayi to the Eagles. Beckham and Landry are very close friends from their time together at LSU.
Bell, rushed 321 times for 1,291 yards and nine touchdowns this season. He also had 85 receptions for 655 yards and two touchdowns.
