Redskins beat writer Rich Tandler chimes in, saying that this is not the first he's heard of Young to the Skins.
Young owns a solid INT:TD ratio of 20:10 over the past two seasons, including 10:3 last season, with a QB rating of 98.6. The big issue with him as always been accuracy, as he's only had one full season with a completion percentage over 60.
When he's right, he is a dangerous weapon and can add a dimension to a team's offense. Still, he's been too inconsistent over his career. I don't think any rival executives are shaking in their boots over the prospect of Vince Young joining the Redskins.
