Perhaps Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. can be the franchise's next quarterback if need be.
At his youth camp on Sunday, the Giants' star receiver showed he's not only an expert at catching the ball, but also at throwing it.
QB @OBJ_3 showing he's not just an elite WR but also can be called upon in a game if you need a passer. Great 2nd day with his camp kids giving back and showing up in the community. #Giants #OBJ pic.twitter.com/NCnJc38Xn0- ig: josinaanderson (@JosinaAnderson) June 17, 2018
Last year, the Giants had running back Shane Vereen attempt a pass in their Week 11 win over the Kansas City Chiefs, but it was intercepted.
Prior to that, the last non-quarterback to attempt a pass in a regular-season Giants game was ... Beckham, in a blowout Week 14 win over the Tennessee Titans in 2014.
Perhaps the Giants open up the playbook again in 2018.
