Brock Nelson scored his 100th career goal on Saturday night in the Islanders' 5-2 loss to the Predators.
Nelson's goal came in the third quarter to put his team on the board after falling behind 3-0. The goal was Brock's first of the season after he was forced to wait the entire offseason to reach the 1,000-goal milestone.
The 26-year-old center is in his sixth season, all with the Islanders, and has been durable in recent years as he has played at least 81 games four straight seasons.
Nelson totaled 19 goals and 16 assists in 82 games last season.
