Jets WR Quincy Enunwa left Tuesday's practice due to a groin injury and will undergo an MRI.
"We'll see where he's at the rest of the week," head coach Adam Gase said after practice.
Gase added that after suffering the injury, Enunwa wanted to return to practice but was kept out.
Enunwa joins two other prominent Jets who are currently dealing with injuries -- S Marcus Maye and DE Leonard Williams. Gase provided updates on both players on Tuesday.
Maye is dealing with a nerve issue in his shoulder, and there is no clear timetable for his return at the moment.
The news is better for Williams, with Gase saying that the Jets are "just being cautious. I think he'll be alright next week."
The Jets open the preseason on Thursday night against the Giants.
