Former Jets QB Bryce Petty has found a new home in the NFL, and it just so happens to be one of Gang Green's rivals.
Petty signed with the Dolphins just one day after the former fourth-round pick had been released by the Jets.
The Dolphins were supposedly looking for a quarterback with their No. 11 overall selection in the 2018 NFL Draft. However, they decided to go with CB Minkah Fitzpatrick instead. Petty, now, joins a quarterbacks room that includes starter Ryan Tannehill and backups Brock Osweiler and David Fales.
Petty gets a clean slate with the Dolphins after a two-season stint with the Jets that saw minimal production. He owned a 1-6 record while completing just 53.1 percent of his passes. He also had a tough time keeping the ball in the Jets' possession as he totaled 10 interceptions to four touchdowns in his early career.
