Now Commenting On:

A lot of NFL writers have been digging around on what it would take to trade for a player like Percy Harvin, and here's what seems to be the consensus.

As I wrote the other day, when you compare his productivity to a guy like Brandon Marshall (who got two threes last year from the Bears) it is going to be hard to put Harvin on the same level and thus he's garnering a third round consideration from the sources around the league of which Rapoport and Pelissero make note.

I'd say it's practical compensation, but the contract issue would also have to come into play, and so that might  make the demand for a guy like Harvin a little sluggish.
