Now Commenting On:

Fox Sports profiles Texas Tech tight end Jace Amaro.

The trend on Amaro seems to be that he projects to go at the end of the first round or early second.  While a few months ago Amaro was talked about as the second best tight end in this class, but after a slow timed 40 at the Combine (4.74 seconds) opinions have seemed to drop him into the second round and behind the likes of Troy Niklas and even Austin Seferian-Jenkins in some mock drafts.

Amaro won't likely make it out of the second round because he is a talented receiver and has good hands coupled with a size mismatch, but his "more quick than fast" speed might limit his upside for many NFL teams.
