Former Jets C Kevin Mawae made the Pro Football Hall of Fame ballot for the second year in a row, highlighting the five Jets named a finalist to enter the Hall in 2019.

Mawae missed the cut last season, but his NFL resume is extremely impressive. The center is an eight-time Pro Bowler, six-time All-Pro, and was selected to the 2000s All-Decade Team. Mawae played with the Jets from 1998-2005, while also playing for the Seahawks and Titans over his career.

Other than Mawae, S Ed Reed (2013), CB Ty Law (2008), S Steve Atwater (1999), and G Alan Faneca (2008-09) made it to the ballot.
