Dee Milliner, Troy Davis, Antwan Barnes, Clyde Gates, Jeff Cumberland and others are in the trainer's area to start practice.
It's hard to know what to take from Milliner hopping on the bike, other than it can be construed as progress. High ankle sprains can take around six weeks (give or take) to heal and Milliner's injury came on August 10th. Depending on the severity of the injury, Milliner could be ready to go against the Raiders, or might not be able to play until Week 2 or 3.
Considering that the Jets will likely face either Matt Schaub (fingers crossed) or Derek Carr on opening weekend, the Jets might consider hedging their bets with Milliner until Week 2.
