Former Jets WR Jeremy Kerley has signed a one-year deal with the Lions worth roughly $1 million, reports Adam Caplan of ESPN (Mar 21).
The Jets released Kerley earlier this month, saving $1.3 million in the process, according to Manish Mehta.
Kerley had just 16 receptions last season for 152 yards and two touchdowns.
Over five years with the Jets, Kerley had 182 catches for 2,225 yards and nine touchdowns. His best season came in 2012, when he had 56 catches for 827 yards and two touchdowns..
