The Jets are coming off of a Week 4 bye, after falling to the New England Patriots 30-14 in Week 3. Quarterback Luke Falk struggled in the loss, throwing for just 98 yards and one interception. Arthur Maulet recovered a fumble in the end zone for the Jets first score, and then Jamal Adams returned an interception 61 yards for a touchdown.
Quarterback Sam Darnold remains out with mononucleosis, after tests on his enlarged spleen prevented him from being cleared. Wide receiver Demaryius Thomas was limited in practice on Thursday and Friday, and is listed as questionable with a hamstring injury. Guard Kelechi Osemele is doubtful while dealing with shoulder and knee injuries. Meanwhile, the defensive side of the ball remains banged up with linebacker Jordan Jenkins is out with a calf injury while linebacker C.J. Mosley is doubtful with a groin injury and lineman Quinnen Williams is questionable with an ankle injury.
