Jets DE Leonard Williams calmly broke up an apparent altercation involving his teammate, LB Darron Lee, during the Governor's Ball music festival in New York on Saturday, according to a Twitter user who posted a video of the incident.
A Jets source confirmed to reporter Benjamin Allbright that Williams and Lee were the two people featured on the video.
"As I was leaving the festival tonight, I saw a man shouting at a woman, mid-argument," said Twitter user @gunnerpunner, who said that a man started to "manhandle" the woman. After the man was encouraged to walk away from the situation, he allegedly returned -- only to be removed from the situation by Williams.
The Twitter user elaborated upon the story in a series of tweets:
Aggressive guy came back. Only this time he was confronted with the biggest person I've ever seen in my life - 6'5 and 300lbs (thanks Wiki)- JB™ (@gunnerpunner) June 4, 2017
Aggressive man was trying to get to the woman but the big dude was just in the way. So calm just like you're not getting through.- JB™ (@gunnerpunner) June 4, 2017
Big guy literally picks up the aggressive guy and carries him 10ft backwards like he's a Costco shop. Just puts him down again.- JB™ (@gunnerpunner) June 4, 2017
The user then posted two videos, including one that allegedly shows Williams moving Lee away from the scene.

A Jets spokesperson said the team is "aware of the reports, we are taking them seriously, and we are looking into the specifics of the situation. We will have no further comment at this time."
