The Jets are interested in signing former Ravens linebacker Zach Orr, according to the New York Post.
The 25-year-old retired during the off-season due to neck and spine problems, but he is now trying to revive his career to after receiving positive news from his doctor.
Orr's agent told the Post that the two sides will try to set up a visit. He met with the Lions on Thursday and has three more visits planned next week.
The Jets released LB David Harris earlier this month, and he eventually signed with the New England Patriots.
Orr was signed by the Ravens in 2014 as an undrafted free agent and went on to lead the team in tackles in 2016. In 15 games last season, Orr had 91 tackes, five deflections, three interceptions, and one forced fumble.
