The Jets made a defensive roster move on Friday, signing DL Kendall Reyes and waiving/injured DL Shaneil Jenkins.
Reyes, a former second-rounder by the Chargers back in 2012, last played for the Chiefs and Redskins in 2016. He began the year with the Redskins, but was eventually cut before heading to Kansas City.
Overall, Reyes totaled 20 tackles, one sack and one pass defense over 12 games in 2016.
Jenkins' time with the Jets was short-lived, as he just signed with the team earlier this week. He bounced around the NFL with the Broncos, Cowboys, Seahawks and Packers since 2016.
