Dion Lewis scored twice and had over 100 all-purpose yards for the Patriots, who wrapped up home-field advanage with the win. Lewis had a rushing touchdown in the first quarter before Tom Brady found him in the endzone for a five-yard passing touchdown in the third quarter to give the Patriots a 24-3 lead.
Chandler Catanzaro drilled field goals from 48 yards and 35 yards out, respectively, to supply the Jets with their only six points of the day.
QB Bryce Petty completed 19 of 36 passes for 232 yards for the Jets, who did not turn to Christian Hackenberg. Neil Sterling had five catches for 74 yards and Bilal Powell had 13 carries for 46 yards.
