Just because the NFL Draft is over does not mean teams are done adding players to their roster.

With rookie mini camp next on the horizon, NFL teams continued to add more pieces at the conclusion of the NFL Draft with prospects that went undrafted.

The Jets, who had just six picks in the draft, were quick to sign some more players.

They are unofficial and subject to change until the NFL teams officially announce them. Occasionally, some players who claim to have been "signed" end up simply being invited to a team's rookie camp for a "tryout" instead)
