Idzik isn't going to make flashy moves but he is going to do what he believes is in the best interest of the team, a point reiterated by an anonymous general manager.
Given how the draft board fell last night with some unexpected trades, the Jets still had two of their top four picks available when they chose at 9 and 13 respectively and while they did not select an offensive player, if your organization feels strong about certain players, you don't abandon your draft board.
