Kelvin Beachum and Ty Montgomery went down during Friday's Jets training camp practice at Florham Park and later exited the session.
According to SNY's Ralph Vacchiano, Beachum was having his right foot or ankle being looked at by trainers after he went down. Beachum "walked slowly" toward the locker room with trainers.
Montgomery hurt his ankle, with head coach Adam Gase saying "could be day to day, could be a week. We have to evaluate them," when it comes to return dates for Beachum and Montgomery.
CB Trumaine Johnson did not practice due to a groin injury.
Beachum, 30, has manned the Jets offensive line since 2017. Pro Football Focus graded Beachum as the No. 48 offensive tackle in the NFL last season.
After exiting the practice, third-round rookie Chuma Edoga replaced Beachum on the first-team offensive line.
On Thursday, the Jets added two-time All-Pro center Ryan Kalil to their offensive line. Vacchiano also reported that the 34-year-old, who came out of retirement to join the Jets, is also not at practice because his deal is not yet official and signed until he passes a physical.
