Mauldin reportedly had feeling in all his extremities and all his tests came back clear. He spent the night in the hospital, but was released on Monday morning.
Mauldin suffered the injury after a pile of players rolled onto his helmet during the second half of the Jets game against the Browns on Sunday.
On Sunday, he was taken off the field on a stretcher and in an an ambulance to a nearby hospital.
This is the best news possible after a very scary incident where Mauldin got under a pile and had players roll over his head and neck area. I hope that Mauldin will be back on the field soon for the Jets.
