Todd Bowles may know who his starting quarterback will be on Sunday, but the rest of us will have to wait.

Yet early indications do not appear to favor Sam Darnold.

The Jets rookie quarterback was listed as questionable on Friday's injury report for this weekend's game against the Titans and was a limited participant in practice for the third straight day.

Meanwhile, Josh McCown was listed as ready to play and was a full participant in Friday's practice after hurting his back and right hand against the Patriots last week.

Bowles told reporters on Friday he won't publicize who will get the nod under center until Sunday.

McCown has started the Jets' last two games as Darnold continues to recover from a strained right foot injury he sustained in a Week 9 loss to the Dolphins.

This week marked the first time since his injury that Darnold participated in practice, albeit limited.

McCown has thrown for 411 yards and a touchdown with three interceptions in two games -- both losses -- for the Jets, who are in the midst of a five-game losing streak.

WR Robby Anderson (ankle) is also questionable while S Marcus Maye (shoulder/thumb) is out.
