D.K. Metcalf may have just sprinted onto the Jets' radar.
The Ole Miss wide receiver impressed at the NFL scouting combine on Saturday with his 40-yard dash, running a 4.33.
What made the time even more impressive, though, is that Metcalf is 6-foot-4 and 230 pounds - rare speed for someone that size.
The Jets need wide receiver weapons to surround quarterback Sam Darnold and whoever is running the team's Twitter account seems to want Metcalf, tweeting out a video of his 40.
It is unlikely the Jets would take a wide receiver with the No. 3 pick, though, especially if an elite pass rusher is available.
They could, however, consider Metcalf if they trade down in the draft. SNY's Ralph Vacchiano has noted the Jets are interested in trading out of the No. 3 pick.
While Metcalf's speed is certainly eye-popping, he does come with some concerns on whether or not he can stay healthy.
The wide receiver missed significant time in two of his three seasons at Ole Miss with injuries, most recently a neck injury sidelined him for the second half of the 2018 season.
