8:15AM: The Chicago Bears and free-agent quarterback Mike Glennon have agreed to a three-year, $43.5 million deal, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Glennon will receive an average salary of $14.5 million, although there is no word on how much of the contract is guaranteed and no other details on the structure of the deal.
The average of $14.5 million makes Glennon the 23rd highest paid quarterback in the NFL.

Glennon, 27, has played in 21 NFL games since the Tampa Bay Buccaneers drafted him in the third round in 2013. He has thrown for 4,100 yards, 30 touchdowns and 15 interceptions.
