"Guys have just put their head down and go to work," Adam Gase said on Friday. "Once we hit Wednesday, we put last week behind us. Our guys know, and we talked about it before, we got to get ready for the next one because that's the only one that matters.
"You never want to take a step back, you want to be able to look at your season and say, 'Hey, we're getting better as we go,' and then you're playing the best football at the end of the year.
