Count Santonio Holmes among those who believe the Jets should bring in Antonio Brown.

With the Steelers looking to trade their disgruntled star receiver and the Jets in need of a bonafide No. 1 wideout, Holmes thinks Brown would fit well with Gang Green.

"Business is boomin'," Holmes told SNY's Jeane Coakley Friday at the NFL Combine. "You want a great receiver that's gonna give you 15 touchdowns, 1,000 yards every season, he's the guy. Regardless of what people are saying about his attitude and his demeanor, as a wide receiver … you can't do anything without touching the football."

Pittsburgh would prefer to deal Brown to an NFC team so it would rarely have to play against him. However, it's not a lock that Brown gets traded despite Brown's desire to leave. GM Kevin Colbert has indicated that if he doesn't get what he feels is a worthy offer, Brown could remain a Steeler.

"Sign him up," said Holmes, who played four seasons for the Steelers before playing four years for the Jets following a 2010 trade. "He's gonna be a great player, he's gonna bring great business to the organization, he's gonna get the fan base involved with the New York Jets."

Holmes is at the combine as part of the NFL Legends Community, giving advice to wide receivers in the upcoming draft class. Holmes said he's set to graduate from Ohio State in May.
