As per Conor Orr of the Star-Ledger, the Giants will not tender RFA Jim Cordle. Cordle's minimum tender would be the lowest "right of first refusal" in which the Giants would not receive compensation in return ($1.323 million).

From Rotoworld:

Cordle will become an unrestricted free agent that the Giants could possibly re-sign at a lower rate. He'll have to prove he's recovered from his partially torn left patella tendon first. Meanwhile, the Giants will be working to completely overhaul an offensive line that has question marks across the board.
Although Tom Coughlin lauded the yeoman effort by Cordle in David Bass' absence last year, it's clear he is a backup at best. Cordle will be left to test the market and he could end up being invited back to Giants' camp at a lower rate this summer.
