The NBA season just started and the Kevin Durant free agency speculation is already in full swing.
And of course, the Knicks are involved.
Durant appeared to like, then unlike, an Instagram post from the account @ballgod on the news that the Knicks were starting Frank Ntilikina over rookie Kevin Knox at small forward.
There was some debate in the comments on whether or not he actually liked the post, perhaps deleting the like knowing that it may cause a stir on the night the Warriors tip-off their season against the Oklahoma City Thunder. But a screenshot was captured and began circulating through social media.

The 30-year-old, two-time NBA Finals MVP is signed to the Warriors for two more seasons, but he can opt out after this year -- which he is expected to do -- and become the top free agent in the summer of 2019.
The Knicks are expected to target the nine-time All-Star, so liking a seemingly random post about Ntilikina will only further ramp speculation, especially in an era where NBA stars' social media activity is constantly monitored for any hints on what they may be thinking.
Surely, this will not be the last of the Durant free agency speculation.
