Former Knicks center Kyle O'Quinn agreed to a one-year, $4.5 million deal with the Indiana Pacers on Friday, a league source confirmed to SNY contributor Adam Zagoria.
The 28-year-old O'Quinn, who averaged 7.1 points and 6.1 rebounds in 77 games with New York last season, opted out of his $4.25 million player option at the end of the season.
New York initially showed interest in bringing back O'Quinn, according to ESPN's Ian Begley, however that interest waned in recent days.
O'Quinn has averaged 5.8 points and 4.9 rebounds in his six-year NBA career, playing three seasons with the Knicks and three with the Orlando Magic.
