Superstar rapper JAY-Z chimed in with his own take on LeBron James' "King of New York" comments while performing a concert in Cleveland.
The New York native is friends with James, and has been for years. But that doesn't mean he was going to sit aside and look at James standing over the Knicks logo at Madison Square Garden, and make those types of comments. He addressed it at his show saying if James can make those comments, then he can be named "King of Cleveland."
James brought some drama to The Garden once he stepped foot in New York last week to face the Knicks. That drama was brought to the court when he stood over rookie PG Frank Ntilikina. Both teams got into a scuffle with Enes Kanter and James saying a few words.
After posting the picture on Instagram following the Cavs' comeback victory, Kanter said, "We already have a king. It's Kristaps Porzingis."
